Quilters' Guild of SA Raffle Quilt - made by Christine Boxer, quilted by Sharon, Patchwork on Parade

If you'd like a ticket in this raffle please contact me for further details.

Centre medallion

Corner detail

Feather Motif used in the Guild Quilt.

Depicts quilting through a stitchery - I don't think it takes anything away from the beautiful handwork.

Pattern - Pretty Posies (Tammy Finkler, USA). Executed with the Intelliquilter.

Back of quilt showing the detail of this beautiful pattern, Asian Fans & Ribbons (Anne Bright, USA). Executed using the Intelliquilter.

Combination of freehand quilting - echoing, leaves and SID around applique. Intelliquilter used for motif in sashing and borders.

Pantograph used - Floral Chain (Irene Steele, Aus)

Photo of the whole quilt - I just love it.

Log Cabin - Pantograph used - Tendril (Lorien Quilting, Aus)

Cot quilt made and quilted for my nephews' daughter, Harper.

Can be made to order - contact me for details.

Freehand meander, SID and crosshatching. Basting stitches hadn't been removed for photo.

Back of the quilt gives a wholecloth effect.

All freehand - swirls in border, loose echoing and continuous curves.

This quilt came to me as a completed top that the customer was less than happy with. I added another laying of wadding and made a new backing.

This was then custom quilted - cross hatching, swirls in the sashings and teapots and teacups continued the Alice in Wonderland theme in the borders. Customer was "tickled pink"!
